95 Kat Tune-up/Carb Rebuild

So I'm getting a 95 Kat that hasn' tbeen ridin in 2 years. I'm sure it could use a good tune-up and maybe rebuild the carbs. What all should I look at doing in order to get it back in good shape. I was thinking:

New plugs
New ait filter
new fuel filterclean carbs (should I rebuild them?)
and make sure valves are adjusted in spec
Also cheange the oil and whatnot

Anything else I should look at doing?

Check your fuel lines, brake lines, and tank to see if there is any gunk or rust in the tank.
