Ignitor Location?

On my wiring diagram for my 98 Kat 600 it says the tachometer goes to the ignitor. My question is where is the Ignitor? It may be simple and stupid but I dont know where it is. Can someone help thanks.

Alright well I ran a test light to the front wiring clip to the tach. I did a search and cyber said that the 4th pin from the left at the bottom was the tach. So I turned my bike on and took a test light the to tach wire and it lit up my light.

So my question is, is the test light supposed to blink because it runs off the ignition? I thought cyber also said that not tests were provided to test the tach because they rarely break. So I might be totally wrong. But If Im not this would mean the tach was broken and if i got a new one I could just splice the tach wiring?
