96 Kat 600 Issue - Loses power then stalls

Hey Guys,
I wanted to get your opinions here. Recently purchased Katana 600. Runs great and carbs recently rebuilt.

Usually after a nice ride, sometimes the power will drop dramatically and the engine will sputter, eventually stalling. After a little break, starts up and runs fine again.

Fuel issue?
Spark Plug caps?

Any advice us much appreciated and thanks!!!

Fueling issue, check for kinked hoses and check the petcock. No fuel filters on a pre.
