It means you gotta do SOMETHING . Problem is , it could be rich due to a misadjustment or worn parts . Changing one circuit will effect another . So , you COULD set it lean via the pilot screws , and that COULD help with carbon buildup , but that's not exactly the right thing to do . What you NEED to do is find out if it's worn parts or an adjustment problem .
