My used 2001 600 didn't come with any passenger pegs. No hardware, or bolts. Just the mounts. From what I've gathered in my research, there's a plate that locks it in up or down, a spring and bearing that puts the pressure on that plate, and then the bolt and c-clip. That sound about right?
I've found some on ebay, but they're just the stock replacements, and I found a couple of others, but it doesn't look like they come with the hardware.

If anyone also has a source for just the hardware, that'd be helpful as well. that way I won't have a spare set of pegs sitting around doing nothing.
