Anyone wrapped the exhaust header, I think it would be okay since I'm not going to have s fairing....input. examples

if your bike is going to see weather(stored outside), don't do it. wrap will retain moisture and rot the headers faster. that being said, i wrapped the pipes on an old bike i had that stayed inside the garage when not on the road, and had zero issues...it did zero for performance, but did keep the heat off my leg a little compared to the bare pipe. read the directions and install it properly, nothing looks worse than a sloppy header wrap job.
