Trying to take my stock exhaust off... All but one of the studs cam off with no problems. Not I cant get it out and the inside of the head is stripped... Any ideas?!?!?!

Yeah... so after 2 hours of working it back and forth with pb blaster and heat, i was rewarded with a broken stud inside of my cyl head...

Yippie.... I need to take my exhaust off this winter too to replace a leaking exh gasket. I am dreading the same situation you're dealing with right now!!!

Yeah... i had a problem with the two top studs on the center pipes... must get hotter than the others.. One cam out after some working, but the second just snapped off... i am in the process of drilling and tapping it now.... fml
