Vance and hines supersport was on a gs500e I took 4.5 inches out of it and re packed the fiber crap that's in it so no its not stopped up lol

No decrease from header back to muffler
Perf pipe is 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inch and header is 2 1/4 inch.1995 Suzuki Katana 750 (Undergoing changes)

The 37.5 pilots are larger than what we get stock, but the same as the rest of the world. You will end up with the mixture screws farther in because of it. IIRC, mine are between 1 and 1.5 turns out from bottomed, using the same size pilots. The numbers of turns you see thrown around here are assuming the stock pilots.
Well that should be good and quiet. Even most "street core" mufflers have a 2" ID core.
