will a 93 katana 1100 header fit a 93 katana 600

Don't know about the stock exhaust since it has a couple extra places to attach but an aftermarket 4-1 will match right up. Vice-versa works, too. A 750 header matches right up to an 1100 head. The 1100 engine may be a touch taller so you'll want to watch the clearance between the header collector and the fairing.
