  • Adding a trunk

I ordered a trunk for my motorcycle the other day. I'm going to see if I can fabricate a rack that mounts where the rails are under the rear seat when I get the trunk. In case anyone's interested in a trunk, JC Whitney has some starting at $15.50. I actually ordered the black one for a bit more because it was in stock, but at these prices (plus I had a 20% off code that is now expired) I decided it was time to order something. I'll post a picture when I get this and put it all together. I've got some other work to do before that, but it'll come in good time.

Trunks, or top case is another descriptive word, are great. I never go anywhere without mine. If I need to go to the store I don't have to go home to get my truck, I just load the stuff into it. Same thing with pizza.

Looking at that $15 one, I find it humorous their description,

    Easy to detach-trunk
That could mean in a bad way. You get to your destination and the trunk is gone.
