Ok, so I am stummped big time on this wiring issue. Here is low down of my issue:
- Everything on both handle bar controls works, i.e. hazard switch, high beam, horn, flashers, pass button, kill switch, clutch switch, and starter button.
- Ignition works fine, it is the Haybusa ignition wired up to the Kat harness.
- What doesn't work is the low beam headlight, i.e. it doesn't not turn on when the ignition is turned on.
- I have checked and recheck, and replaced the bulb so it is not that.
- I have checked the headlight plug and there is no power coming to the low beam terminal.
- I have looked and examined both wiring diagrams for the Busa and Kat but haven't figured out the problem.
If anybody can help me it would be appreciated. I am about to go crazy as to why only the low beam doesn't work.
Thanks,

Well I got things figured out on my own and it's awesome to have the Busa controls on the Kat.
I finished up the swap today and took it out for a ride. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Why I didn't do this swap earlier is beyond me. I love it and wouldn't change it for the world now.
To anybody that wants to do this swap I highly suggest it, it's not hard to do and makes a huge difference in the way the bike handles as well as it's looks.

Allballs racing has a 25x47x12 conversion bearing that comes with a washer to make up the difference. Thats what I used in my gsxr1000 fork swap. Its about the same price as the one that everyone suggests on here, but since I bought my other bearings and stuff from them, I just got that one too.
