Post 750 to 600 Triple Tree Swap Question

I'm about to complete this project out this weekend but I have a noob question...what size socket do I use to remove the the cap nut off the tree...you know the big @ss one on the steering stem? I've looked in the haynes as well as on fishe but cant seem to find the size.

30 mm is the size of the Steering Stem nut
