pre 750 4-1 or 4-2?

alright people, i have an exhaust question. i will be putting my pre 750 engine on my bike soon(after i get the cylinders honed out). and i want to know which exhaust would be best. i have the 4-1 header from the 600 and i have the stock dual exhaust from the 750. the duals are in very good shape and the 4-1 is a little beat up and will need painting and a new can. any ideas you have about it would help a lot. thanks

if you put 600 headers on a 750 you'll choke the exhaust REALLY bad. Not to mention the pre oil pan is not meant to use 4-1 unless it's a full system meant for pre 98 Katana's.

hey thanks, guess i will use the 750 exhaust. i do believe however that the 4-1 is the stock system for the 600. at least that's what was on it when i got it. thanks again

cause that a 4 into 1 full system, it's not stock it's an aftermarket full system, thats why it's 4 into 1.

I had to go up in my attic to see what it was. i couldn't remember(pulled that off a while ago!)

cause that a 4 into 1 full system, it's not stock it's an aftermarket full system, thats why it's 4 into 1.
