Fairing Stickers Under clear coat?

Are the Katana stickers supposed to be under the clear coat from the factory? What about the warning labels?

I know the "Suzuki" on the tank is supposed to be under.

It's a 2000 Katana 600.

Why would you replace the warning stickers?

I'm trying to figure out if my bike had an aftermarket paint job done to it. Both the Katana stickers and all 3 warning stickers are under clear coat.

The warning stickers are not, or should not have been under the clear. Are you sure they aren't just shiny stickers?

The factory stickers are under the clear.
