I just picked up a 94 Katana 600. It's got rough plastic (right/front cowling). I purchased an new windshield online, but it only lines up on one side. Any thoughts on how to get it to fit?

Loosen everything up. Start all the screws and then tighten everything down. If that doesn't work then something's bent. -

Front cowl stay is probably bent. That will need to be adjusted probably to get things back in line.
