i have a all metal gas tank with no paint want to do a crazy paint job so what brand of paint should i lean towards to make this tank pop suggestions???

what are you thinking?
fir airbrush work or graffix I would use Kustom shop OR auto air paints. Kustom shops come pre-mixed and easiest to use.
for base paints, I cant stand the crazy prices that HOK charges, i use sherwin williams or auto air.98 GSX750F
