Compatible tail fairings?

anyone swapped tail fairings from a different bike w/o changing the subframe? I want that wasp stinger, look something like the newer GSX-R or CBR..

You'd need to change the subframe for the GSX and CBR tail fairing, I've seen someone with a Bandit tail swap which may or may not have needed the subframe switched.

All in all you'll need to change the subframe with just about all swaps.
