Windscreen removal?

I'm sure it's been asked approx. 1.5 thousand times before but how does the plastic bolt/nut come off the bottom most point on the OEM windshield on a 2005 600? Is it a press fit and just needs to be pushed out and can be reused or is it a one time only type thing? Figured I'd ask before breaking it.

It should come loose if you press the center pin in.
Be advised, they do break pretty easily so do it with some care.
