Purchased a seat cowl

I've been looking for a seat cowl for my bike for a long time.

I actually didn't get a Braada, but I barrowed the pics from the website. I got one off of ebay for a fairly good price. IMO






But the next problem I have is, what color to paint the cowl? It's hard to tell from my pic of my bike, but it is a custom purple/grey color that the previous owner painted it.

Should I ....
- Try to find a shop that would color match the new cowl? ( how much $ and where)
- Rattle can job (black) on cowl and back half of the bike?
- Rattle can job (black) on cowl and lower fairing?

Let me know what you guys think.

Black...matches EVERYthing and is, afterall, the fastest color.

If the bike is the same color all over, I say try to match the cowl.

I say to get it matched to your bike as well. Your bike in only one color.

I think bikes look the best all one color- maybe then add a second color with lettering or stripes. But remember it won't be as fast as black!

people have waited ten months for their cowls its a long wait but you will get it one day

i ordered mine from impact customz out of texas. i'll tell ya how long it takes. they said 7-15 days. we'll see how long it takes.
