I had one . I say "had" because I broke it taking the tarp off the bike one day
. I guess the wet cover didn't help much . But Keith uses them things alot and seems to like them

i got one exactly like that, picked it up for 24 bucks. Fits good, except for the clutch side upper corner, however it is probably my fairing fitment problem. i'm happy with it.
