Has anyone tried to bend/modify fairing?

I've been thinking of modifying the fairing on an older kat, removing the front section and wrapping the fairing behind the forks.
something that might resemble my avatar.
is there any way to mold it, with a heat gun or something? The fairing I have is not original, and seems like some kind of abs plastic.

Yeah , it can be done I'm sure . ANYTHING'S possible . Just not sure what to tell you about HOW to do it . You can look for "braadajim" , he's done stuff like that with plastic , and some other dude named "nighthawk" or something like that ....
