    the 520 chain only changes the width of the chain/sprockets. You still want the same number of teeth.

        Jim, its not in a kat frame its in yamaha frame which is much more narrow at the swingarm pivot, i modded & fitted the kat swingarm & will need to spin the sprocket carrier down a little to get proper chain alignment but the main issue is clearance on the frame, normally i would notch the frame but i'm not comfortable with doing it on this one due to the dia of the tube + i also need a little more clearance on the twin shocks hence the 520 idea

        This is my rat bike & is 70% kat now which can only be a good thing but i didnt post a thread as its a yam frame

          a custom sprocket, would fix that issue. My choice is http://www.7thgeardesigns.com he created my custom sprocket.

            JT probably won't have what you need, I can do a 4 bolt #520, not a problem.
