pre 600 tire size

theres allot of info on post, but couldn't find much on pres.

im looking rear tire size for a 1990 600. ive read that 160/60/17 is a popular size for posts, but will it fit (properly) on a pre.

current tire is a 140/70/17 and im looking for something wider and lower.

largest on a pre rim (3.5") is 150

you can swap out to a post 750 rim and get a 4.5" rim, allowing 160

To do the swap, you need the rim, hub, rotor and spacer. Everything else can be used from your current setup. Default spacer is approx 9mm and the 750 spacer is approx 14mm (IIRC)
