    nice!

but i do have 1 question about the mesh in it....isnt the point of the hugger to help elimimate the negative pressure under the tail due to the movement of the bike and the rotations of the wheel. wouldnt the mesh be semi-counteractive?

also what type of hugger is that?

    i really like it!

              I have never heard that...
While it would change the effect of the spinning tire on the air under there, not sure that would make any difference..
I think it was more that is was the smallest fender you can make. Therefore the lightest.
You want a fender on a race bike to protect that uber expensive rear shock and electronics in the tail... And you know if it races on Sunday it sells on Monday,

No, the point of the hugger is to keep debris and other crap off your expensive undertail and shock.

I put the same one on but had a carbon look to it. It didnt go flush over the tire it was about 1/2 inch to the right. I need to get spacers and longer bolts on the left side. Does it rub on your tire? Just clears mine being the 160 rear
