I got a new set of Michelin tires today and it feels more like a new bike than just tires. I have a 2006 750 and it came with Dunlaps.
I've never riden any other tires on this bike so I won't claim they are better than other brands, but these have made a world of difference. Here's the exact tires I had installed:
Michelin Front Pilot Road 2 120/70ZR-17 Blackwall Tire
Michelin Rear Pilot Road 2 160/60ZR-17 Blackwall Tire
The second I got on the bike I noticed the low speed handling had changed - much more smooth and agile and feels like less rolling resistance. The ride at 60 to 70 was smoother, more stable and quicker to react. Unfortunately, I only put about 50 miles on the bike this afternoon, but I will get back with an update soon.
