Chain problem

My chain is loose and I tried to tighten it but I'm pretty sure the back tire slid forward again. Does anyone know how much torque is supposed to be applied to the rear axle to tighten it? And is the a way to know it's tight enough without a torque ratchet? Thank you all in advance!

45nm if im not mistaken

the rear axles job is not to fix the forward and backward movement, thats the adjusters job. adjust again 20-30mm on the sidestand not the centerstand
