May be a dumb question, but I can't find a good pic via google. Are there supposed to be links that go from the swingarm to the shock mount upper, or are these what they would considering lowering links.

No, the links are all at the bottom of the shock. The two bars that go from the swing arm to the lower shock mount is the links, longer will lower, shorter will raise."I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you when I called you stupid. I thought you already knew..."
