i put a new tire on my 2003 gsx750f and now the left side caliper brakit is rubing on the rotor its the pad gids that are rubing and i can not find out y it did not do this till i put a new tire on thx for all the help and info

My recommendation would be to take that caliper off and start over again, when you reinstalled it the last time you might not have done it right, I have found in the past this method has helped me.

someone else just posted about this issue... they had the spacers for the wheel mixed up and swapped around.
I would check those again.

I think it is the torque procedure for the front axle that is causing your issues
My 04 750 had different axle than what most are thinking
Remove calipers
Completely loosen axle
Loosen pinch bolt on the axle
Torque axle holding the head with a large allen socket or a bolt like I picture below
REBOUND FRONT SHOCKS , tighten pinch bolt
Reinstall calipers
