fork seal problem...

replacing fork seals...93 750. all apart, oil out....dust ring, clamp, all off. cannot get the old seals out...don't want to buy the "special" tool...tips?

nevermind. figured it out.

Take the bolt out of the bottom of the fork tube (The one that holds the damping rod in) and then with the dust seal off and the clip out use the fork tube itself as a slide hammer and the tube will pop out. Good time to check the bushings and everything inside as well.
