i have researched the crap out of this and cant seem to find my answer,I know the rear of the 95 swingarm is wider than a 88, but will the 95 swinger bolt to the 88 frame with no mod?

and will everything still line up properly? chain and sprocket?

I'm not aware of a difference in swingarms between 88 and 95 of the same CC. Pre 600s and 750s are different in length, but the same width as well.

If it is different, then it can't be by much. 5 mins and a hydrolic jack would resolve that issue very quickly without swapping parts.

the only reason i want to switch is because the 95 swinger i have has a 160 and my 88 has a 140 and doesnt look like you could go any bigger.

The 160 isn't a safe bet on any of the pre wheels. You want to look into a 150/70-17
