    As long as I keep the bike under 6K RPM she idles perfect. But once I start riding over 7K RPM it will idle at 2K RPM and tries to drop but just gets stuck on 2K RPM. On surface streets I ride 6K tops no issues, freeway 7K to 9K RPM.
    Carbs are clean, just rebuilt the petcock (it was filthy) but same problem.

      Throttle cables incorrectly routed or binding up.
      90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.
