anyone used a dl650 shock ?

hey guys i can get my hands on a dl650 vstrom rear shock for a few bucks , does anybody know if it will fit. i want something that can hold some weight for my camping trips .

How much do you pack ? A stock 750 shock in good shape'd likely do ya just fine ....
