New Springs? No..
You might need new bushings that depends on use. You do not need #7 unless they are cracked, you 100% need #5 I can't think of why you need # 4 or #6..
You should get #9 and it is really easy to damage screw #8 so better safe then sorry there. You need oil 10wt is stock 15wt if you want it stiffer. You also need loc-tite for the screw #8. Final tip avoid Suzuki fork oil only because I find they sell it in too small a quantity. You need a full liter to do both forks and I think Suzi sells it in 450ml bottle or something stupid. Plus its much more expensive then other brands.
Also clean everything really well. Use something like acetone (not on the rubber parts) that will dry out the water. Cleaning everything really well prevents your new oil from being contaminated by crap..Last edited by Black_peter; 12-10-2008, 02:26 PM.

#4 is the "oil seal retaining ring" in the bottom pic. No need to replace that.
#6 is the "oil seal retainer" clip. Unless you were to break it during removal, you won't need it.
Here's a thread regarding how to rebuild the forks & what items you'll need, that was posted several weeks ago. Even though it talks about installing Race Tech emulators, you'll get info on just rebuilding the forks.
