Front brake grinding--need help!!

Driving home tonight the front end felt funny. When I got home I put it on the center stand and spun the front wheel. It sounds like the front left caliper is grinding pretty good. Have not done any work on it. A quick look and it does not seem like anything is broken or got stuck in there. It just started tonight. Any Ideas of what to do? Hate to be stuck in the cage tomorrow. Thanks.

Most likely need new pads.

Pop the pads out an have a look . REAL easy .

It is grinding even when I am not pulling the brake handle in. Still could be the pads?

What do the rotors look like? They have grooves in them?
