black peter.. im awaiting the gixxer forks to arrive to me from the US. once i have them, i'll gladly do a write up on the joys and depressions of the conversion.
That's sweet, makes me want to take my bike apart now. How do they feel, confy?

The forks are with in a few mm of stock.
On the low side. I chose to put them flush for looks. If I had a lot of experience on this bike I might have notice a difference in handling..
I would like to see the seating angle with a rider?!

But only a bit with your hands on the grips you would never go that far.
I only noticed they hit when it was on the stand and I was measureing the angles.. The odd part is the way the CBR bars are 3/4 inch shorter.
I looked on Bikebandit and found they have some odd internal vibration dampener with a spacer before the bar end.
If I use bar ends that may reduce lock-to-lock.
I don't feel the need for bars end for any other reason the looks.
I have new gel grips and may just use the end caps that came with..
If your hands hit the tank you should widen the angle of the bars slightly. Just watch the clearance of the levers hitting the front fairing.
I use full lock on the steering all the time, but I am riding mostly in the city. The last thing you want to have happen in the middle of a low speed sharp turn is have your throttle hand hit the tank and force the throttle closed.
