I would put money on that being an OEM shock. No one is gonna spend money to replace the ****ty tuna suspension and not use that as a selling point.

I traded a rifle for my bike, so i dont know about "selling points"
either way, thanks for the info.
I dont have a owners manual for it, so I dont know all the ins and outs of the bike yet.
all I have is the service manual.

an HS Precision long action takedown rifle in 300 Winchester Magnum
got the bike, new helmet, new Fox Creek leather vented racer jacket(which FITS!), new battery charger/tender, and a metric tool kit.
and I just checked the Haynes service manual, the shock i have is right for the GSX750F model, the GSX750 and the 600 has the setting adjuster type acording to that.
it gives me max and min spring length, it looks like its trial and error on findinga firmer setting.
thanks for all the help guys!

i am 155 pound and my girlfriend is 120 pound.
should i adjust the rear and front suspension.
i hear a disgusting noise everytime i take her.thats ounds come from rear.something like a bird noise.
i havent take a look at the setting number but the previosu owner should have setted it up to sport riding i guess
if i should adjust what should be the values for eeach of the suspensions for me to set up.i have the tool.and i will try to adjust them tomorrow
