Will a 98+ owners manual do me any good for my 96 Kat? These simpletons at my local Suziki dealership have screwed up ordering my manual for 2 months and finally just gave me the owners manual for a 98+ 750 Kat.
Thanks
Most of the information in the owner's manual will be the same -- how to check the oil, tire pressures, what fuel to use, etc. You may be able to find a pre-98 owner's manual at www.motofiches.com for free...
try repairmanual.com also for $60 you can get the suzuki manual

You'll probably really want the right one , since they redesigned the Katana quite a bit in 98 . I've seen some varying torque specs , and alot of procedures are different . Then never deal with thos idjits again .
