Just bought 2000 Kat 600 + Delkevic Exh + Fender Elim + Clear Led Lights

Hey everyone! New to the forum and just bought a 2000 Katana 600 with 14,356 miles for $1300 2 weeks ago. Already installed a Vortex 15/49 tooth sprocket + chain kit from SCRmotorcycles.com and love it. Also just ordered a LED integrated clear tail, universal katana fender eliminator bracket with turn signals for $40, clear corner lights for $80, new brake pads for $50, and Delkevic Stubby 14" Slip On Exhaust for $175 from ebay. Im fricken excited to trick this thing out! Ill def take pics of before and after so u guys can see the transformation!

Update

Just did new brake pads on friday and did the fender eliminator today! Wasnt too bad but i needed to modify my ebay fender eliminator kit with some little bracket extenders. Used a dremel cut off wheel to chop the fender and to make the bracket extenders! Tomorrow my LED tailight will be here. Also I sprung and bought a H4 Bi-Xenon HID slim kit from ebay for 72 bucks including shipping which is awesome! Ill be sure to update again so you guys can see how everything is progressing!

Looks great. Be careful with those HID's though, look into the projector mod. I've almost hit a few bikes that just threw HID's in there and didn't expect to blind EVERYONE on the road, haha.

HIDs

Just installed all the lights and it look 50000 times better! The HIDs were a piece of cake to install, but the rear lights were a little bit more time consuming. That damn rear fairing with the lock attached is a PITA! The intergrated LED ebay taillight looks ****in awesome! The blinkers blink fast cuz of less draw on the system I suppose but that can be fixed with some in-line resistors. There are a few things I gotta fix like the boots for the HID bulbs and a few misc other things. I think Ima go take a video in the dark so you guys can see everything lol! Next big update's gonna be the EXHAUST!!!

That tail-light is something different; haven't seen one quite like that. I do like the LED plate lights. Looking forward to hearing the exhaust!!

Thanks!! I finally got this thing looking the way i want it! The only thing i was considering is a solo cowl, but i think ima hold off considering i might buy a new bike for next season and i have to do some maintenance on the kat as well.

UPDATE! Got my exhaust on this week but my cell phone camera sucks for sound so until i figure out another camera no videos. It sounds fricken amazing compared to stock. The fitment of the Delkevic was not perfect but what can i say thats what you get for $175. Anyways ill post some pics and hopefully some videos this week but its supposta rain so maybe not til next week.

I'm actually kind of digging that tail light. I was considering going to an 03 tail but this one looks pretty nice. More to think about I guess.
