I've not had any Tourmaster boots, so I can't comment on them. However, I've got two pairs of Sidi's and they've both been great. I don't see myself buying anything else.I like you. When the world is mine your death will be quick and painless.

Oxtar
I was thinking of Going with Sidi as well for a bit there, but ended up gettin the Oxtar boots. Then again, it is pretty hard for me to find boots that fit.Kan-O-Gixxer!

I would buy both and try them on and keep the more comfortable boots. That is what I did. I could not decide between Alpinestar Ridge or Oxtar Matrix boots. I ended up not liking the Alpinestars because of where the cuff ended up on my calf. New Enough has a great return policy.

Take a close look at the specs. Generally, Sidi's are better in warm, good-weather riding than the TourMasters (which are better in cold/wet). Sidi's usually have significantly better ankle protection systems as well (which would be my basis for making the call).
One thought:
Neither of these boots has sliders. Neither appears to have anything special (at least from the pictures) in terms of additional protection, although they may well have under the surface (specs time). If that's the case, wouldn't it be cheaper/easier/more comfy to simply find a good set of specialty combat boots (I wear WW2 tanker strap-boots because they are ideal for summer touring; tongue sewn to the top, waterproof, oil-gripping soles, cool, steel toe/heal/part of the foot under the leather & reinforcement over the ankles, odd-foot-sizes easy to find and far more comfy to walk in when off the bike).
Cheers,
