katana doesnt rev up all the way

    katana doesnt rev up all the way

    My 88' katana will rev up to 9 grand in first and second and in every other gear it will only rev to 7 grand and just stop like its hitting revlimitor.

    anyone know why this might be? thanks.

    Has yoshimura pipe on it, only mod.

          no K&N air filter? no hoses loose from airbox? may be vacuum leak issue.

            in your other thread those tubes i mentioned, one could be the breather for your tank and being plugged could cause the tank to become negatively pressured and not be getting enough fuel
            never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.

              Oh okay, Yeah i definitely will unplug those and see if that help, as soon as i figure out how to get this thing running.
