7/8" bar mount for Samsung S5 + Otterbox

I'm looking for a 7/8" motorcycle handlebar mount for my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone using an OtterBox Defender Case.

Can anyone recommend a good product?

So I got the RAM mount kit for $30 locally I'll post a few pics when it's installed.

I plan on using the otterbox case by removing the belt clip and screwing the mount directly to the case.

I found the X-Grip restrains lined up perfectly with buttons on the side of the phone which would be a pain in the arse.
