How the heck do I download a pic from my camera to my profile??? I'm computer illiterate.

welcome. save the pic to your hard drive and when you make a post click the button that says add an attachment. click browse and find where you saved the pic too. also there are size restrictions but you can easily resize the pic with any photo editor.
