01 750 front brake problems

Ok my front brakes wouldn't engage at all (lever all the way pulled) thought it might have been the master cylinder , changed it, now if I pu.p it it will grab some, but if I wait a min or so it does not work anymore and have to be pu.ped yet again. Any ideas?

Are you positive all the air has been bleed out?

Used a whole quart of fluid, still nothing.

Try bleeding at the master cylinder?

MC might need a rebuild, calipers might need a rebuild, might be time for new brake lines

Never actually bled a master cylinder, might have to look it up.

Pump the brakes, and while holding the lever pulled in, crack open the banjo bolt that holds in the brake lines at the MC. Super quick tighten it again.

It's messy, it will get brake fluid places, so cover things appropriately. Should only take 1 time doing that if there is any air there.
