There are several ways to get in contact with the staff of katriders.com.
1) You can send a Private Message to any staff member who will be more than happy to help out if they are able. Staff members names are highlighted in bold blue text for moderators, and bold red text for administrators. Note: there is an "Administrator" account, but it's rarely used... and you shouldn't try to send PMs there because they will likely go unread.
2) You can use the "Contact Us" link which appears at the bottom of each and every page on katriders.com
3) Lastly, you can send an email to help AT katriders.com
We always try to address concerns in a timely manner, but remember that the staff is all volunteer although we try very hard!
