Spark issues

I have a 2001 katana 600. Im having firing issues. The bike will fire up fine but once you ride it for about 20 minutes it wants to die and not fire back up. I have rebuilt the carbs and replaces the kill/starter switch. The bike will turn over and over no problem. Im pretty sure its a wire issue. It has to be somwhere between the key and the plugs. Not sure if one of the coil packs are going bad or the CDI box. If anyone has had this problem or knows what to do please let me know.

Probably the CDI box - I just replaced mine with a whole new system from dynatek to keep from payin a fortune for an old one as they no longer even have them at the shop for my 90 750 ( they wanted $550 for one anyhow - I was glad they didn't have it ) Bought this setup from ATV Galaxy E Bay store
for less than $300 - Check and see if the fire at the plugs is still blue when it starts dying - if yellow then the CDI is going
