It isn't "extended"... it's the same clip, only they clipped off like 3-5 seconds at the end when the vid ended... it has "Notorious" displayed for 1-2 seconds, and then changes to "arnette.com" for 1-2 seconds.

Yes, it is staged... a Viral video put out there by http://www.arnette.com/ to advertise their sunglasses...

Check the website, click footage and look under viral to see the end of the vid where they clipped out the "Notorius" and "arnette.com" parts.
