Looking to pick up a 2000-2003 GSX600F - What to look for?

Hi everybody, I am looking at picking up a 2000-2003 gsx600f sometime near the end of this month or early in May, and most of the ones that I can find locally have around 30-40K km on them (around 20-25K miles).

For this mileage, what should I be aware of and check on the bike before purchasing? Or, also, what can I ask of the seller in addition to service records if they have any?

ah, thanks. that definitely helps as well! but I was actually referring more to specific Kat related maintenance concerns?
