Sounds like fun. I know what its like with a hurt foot. I twisted my foot in a rut a few weekends ago at a race, and its just a nagging pain that wont go away and hurts when im on the bike. Im jealous of the trip. I want to do it someday. Id be coming from kansas though.

Boy, this is going to be a bizarre writeup.
At least I can say, as always, The Big Busa is performing flawlessly.
Not like the fun-sucking-vampire this trip turned out to be.
"Crusty at Walmart" ain't got nothing on this fiasco.
Stay tuned, it'll take me a while to detox and calm down.
Still in Vancouver. Will be here for the night then heading back home... slowly.sigpic

Short story for those not on FB, Chase shut off Tom's debit card over the border, and his ankle is acting up again bad. He's going to retreat to family in WA then nurse his ankle home.-Steve

I can understand canx-ing the trip over the ankle, though. He didn't sound like he was having much fun with that. Too bad. It sounded like a great trip he had planned. Maybe next year.

That sucks about the card and unfortunate about the ankle. I hope it heals up well. Seems like a phone call should fix that...and maybe some ice for the card?In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is." -- Jan L. A. van de Snepscheut / Yogi Berra

it's always a good idea to inform your bank and cc company that you will be using the cards while away on vacation......or if you travel often enough, just let them know that. mine will never get blocked because I take the time to call them up and let them know where/when I will be using them.I don't have a short temper. I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
