give it a month or so, and check that the lower rounded edge of the slider bracket isn't hitting the fairing on the inside....might just be my bike

I can see how the bolts could be CLOSE, but the only way the bolts would HIT is if they sent the totally wrong length bolts, or your frame/cradle area is bent inward, or such.
mine fit, and are within 1/4" of the engine fins.
oh well, sorry ya had issues.

I got a pair.I put the left side one on so far. Fit perfect! Took alot of time and patient though with removing the fairing, clips, blots, rubber washers. Carefull not to break the clips, I broke 2 on the inside of the fiaring! It was nice to see there was no oil leaks around the engine. P.S. The sliders make great hiway pegs too! LOL
