D&D exhaust fitment question

Hey guys-
I found a guy selling a like new D&D for a Bandit for good price. It is the 3 bolt type supposedly. Can this fit a Katana without too much, or if any,modification? It is the full system for a Bandit with midpipe. Just checking with KR to see before I buy. It's a tempting price also. If it does fit I will post more pics of what all I have done so far to my bike thanks to KR! Also would I need my carbs to be jetted if I got a new exhaust?

My D&D fit without any modification at all. It was actually show and go.

if you get a full system you will need a jet kit.
